what if i do not like the design
We will forward the design. You will be able to outline your edits and corrections which I will apply to finally conclude your design.
Is my payment refundable?
Payment are non-refundable.
What will I provide you with for my design?
Your logo file, content of the design will be required , and any other necessary things that you would like to have on your design.
How long will my design be ready?
It depends on the types of design you are requesting for. Design(s) like; Banner, Flyer, Stationery, cards, Product Package, Album Cover etc. take nothing less than 2-3days but designs that are voluminous will be agreed upon on certain date.
How do i make payment?
Before the design will commence, we collect half of the payment as an assurance that we are striking a deal.
Did I need to provide you with images?
If you have images for your design(s) is highly acceptable else we can easily source for high-resolution stock images base on the concepts of the design that will align and reflect with your brand.
